This site and the service are operated by Juan Manuel Zurek, contact aeolus@tankmail.lat. Aeolus is the name of the product being developed; there is no registered company name or tax identification associated with it at this time. By using this site you accept these terms.

This site is an internal information page for the pilot of a harbor towage operations product: what it is, who would use it, the modules planned for Phase 1, how a shift would work with it, and what the pilot intends to measure. It is not a commercial or marketing page, it sells nothing and it offers nothing to the general public.

Everything the page describes as a module or a requirement is still to be built. All figures and board rows shown are simulated or are the team's own operational estimates, not measurements produced by any system. This version runs in a testing environment.

Nothing on this site gives you access to software, a trial, a licence or an account. There is no product available for use, no sale, no price, no payment collected here, and no commitment on a release date, a feature set or a result. Anything described as something Aeolus will do is a statement of current intent, not a promise, and may change as the pilot proceeds.

The form on this site is for the operator's own management and operations team. It asks for the position you hold, what you think is missing and what would stop daily use. It asks for no name, no email address and no telephone number, and you must not use it to send names of people, customers, companies or vessels, or operationally sensitive data.

Sending the form creates no contract and no obligation on either side beyond what the Privacy Policy says about how the data is handled. Do not use the form to send advertising, malicious content, code or third-party data you have no right to share; we may discard submissions that do.

We publish this site as it is and do our best to keep it online, without offering an availability guarantee or a support service. The site may be modified, interrupted or taken down at any time, and the content may be corrected or updated without notice.

The name Aeolus, the texts, the design and the other elements of this site belong to its operator. You may read and share links to the site; you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

The operator is not liable for decisions you make based on the information published here, which describes a product under construction, nor for interruptions, loss of data or damage arising from the use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Colombian law grants you and does not allow to be waived.

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. It forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute about them will be heard by the competent Colombian courts. For any question about these terms, write to aeolus@tankmail.lat. If these terms change, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
